Members of our team frequently provide legal opinions on complex banking matters and serve as trainers through the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus for significant clients such as the Association of Banks in Cyprus and other financial institutions, credit acquiring companies, and loan management companies.

Due to the excellent services, we have been entrusted with a massive workload from credit institutions and credit acquiring companies. This includes conducting due diligence on over 450 loans, where our team examined and identified legal risks and provided legal advice on legal ways to recover debts.

Furthermore, we have successfully undertaken and completed past work assigned by a major financial institution, preparing and sending legally required delay letters to defaulters and providers of credit facilities. We also subsequently took judicial measures in cases of non-compliance, leading to the issuance of decisions and/or settlement of debts.

Moreover, our team has handled a multitude of interim applications with absolute success, obtaining interim orders to secure the interests of creditors. We have also represented banks multiple times in applications for disclosure orders filed against them.

In addition, our team of lawyers advises and represents Receivers/Administrators and Liquidators appointed in major companies before Courts of all levels. We have successfully obtained Court Orders/Judgements enabling the appointed Receivers/Administrators and Liquidators to carry out their duties smoothly and without hindrance. As an example, we have also represented the first appointed provisional Examiner in a Cypriot company before the Court.
