Our firm’s corporate sector personnel has extensive skills and experience in opining and advising on matters in relation to the Cypriot law and case law. We provide legal opinions, advice, assistance and facilitation services for companies’ related matters, corporate structures, corporate governance, corporate finance and tax, intellectual property, company law obligations such as the UBO registrations and other relevant professional services in regard to a wide range of corporate matters. We are also highly experienced in the technology law sector.

We deal with traditional company law by handling on an everyday basis the formation, regulation, administration and compliance of Cypriot companies and we assist with bank account openings, registration to authorities and migration services. We undertake the drafting of all the requisite documentation, provision of professional services in regards to the incorporation of Cypriot entities and submitting all the relevant forms to the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus. We maintain continuous communication with the authorities in relation to the incorporation of legal entities and we are informed on every new update that the Registrar of Companies may apply to their policy, in order for our firm to proceed with the publication of a newsletter and/or to inform directly our clients.

Our sector is also experienced in the incorporation of Companies of Foreign interest before Business Facilitation Unit. Advising and opining in relation to the requirements, the documentation, the criteria etc. Monitoring the process, coordination and consultation with competent authorities in regards to the incorporation of foreign interest companies and facilitating the whole procedure. Advising also on all required permits and licenses needed, provision of legal opinions in relation to the process and application of the requirements.

In this regard, our firm’s experienced personnel is advising and opining on migration matters, assisting in that way clients to relocate in Cyprus and/or receive the require permits in order to be able to establish and start operating their company and/or business in Cyprus.
